The University of Virginia's Department of Athletics is seeking an Assistant Coach to support the Women's Rowing program. This role focuses on coaching operations, athlete development, and daily program logistics to maintain UVA's competitive rowing environment.
You will assist with on-water practice launches, performance feedback, practice planning, equipment management, video organization, and records. A Bachelor's degree and prior coaching experience in collegiate rowing are preferred;

The University of Virginia Rowing Program seeks a driven and enthusiastic individual to support the coaching staff in the development of student-athletes and the daily operation of the rowing program.

The University will perform background checks on all new hires prior to employment. This position will also require an Education Verification.
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: Some experience in coaching this particular sport program at the collegiate and/or professional level.
Licensure: Relevant licensure or certification my be required dependent on position.
Physical demands
Work is performed in the process of coaching student-athletes within a sports program.
