The Xavier University Athletics Department is seeking an Assistant Coach for the Men's and Women's Swimming program. The Department sponsors 19 sports with over 330 student-athletes and is a member of the Big East Conference.

The Assistant Coach will provide leadership to foster a positive, competitive environment and should have a successful record in NCAA Division I or relevant sports programs. Responsibilities include assisting the Head Coach with budgeting, equipment, scheduling, travel, promotion, fundraising, alumni events, practice planning, and compliance with NCAA and conference rules. The role involves mentoring student-athletes academically, emotionally, and socially, coordinating team logistics, supervising student managers, and representing the team at events.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 years of experience
