Job summary

Bryant & Stratton College is seeking Assistant Baseball Coaches to support a competitive athletic program within our athletics department. You will assist the Head Coach in developing players, planning practices, and fostering sportsmanship on and off the field.

Qualifications include a pitching/catching background, CPR/First Aid certification is a plus, and strong interpersonal and leadership skills. A positive role model for young adults and a good driving record are preferred.

Bryant & Stratton College is currently seeking Assistant Baseball Coaches.

Assistant coaches are responsible for assisting the Head Coach in the overall development and advancement of a competitive athletic program while demonstrating high moral and ethical standards and positive sportsmanship. The assistant coaches, along with the athletic director and coach, must operate within the budget to meet the team needs and enforce rules pertaining to the College, student conduct, and governing rules and regulations.

First aid/CPR certification is a plus.

A pitching and catching background is preferred.

Must be able to serve as a positive role model for young adults.

Good driving record is preferred.
