Job summary

Central Bucks School District in Lenape Middle School is seeking an 8th Grade Assistant Baseball Coach for Spring 2026-2027. The assistant coach will work closely with the 8th Grade Coach to coordinate the baseball program and support student-athletes in skill development and sportsmanship.

Candidates should have knowledge of the sport, strong communication skills, and a commitment to values-based coaching; prior playing or coaching experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching baseball or playing baseball preferred.
• Ability to teach fundamentals to middle school students.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the 8th Grade baseball program with the head coach.
• Teach baseball fundamentals to middle school students.
• Collaborate with coaching staff to schedule practices and games.
• Support program development and safety practices.

DESCRIPTION: Lenape Middle Schoolis accepting applications for an 8th Grade Assistant Baseball Coach. The 8th Grade Assistant Coach will work closely with the 8th Grade Coach to coordinate the program.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of the sport, strong communication skills and be able to teach the fundamentals of Baseball to middle school students.

Candidate must understand the unique role of the student/athlete and have a strong commitment to values-based coaching.

REQUIREMENTS: Previous playing or coaching experience preferred.
