Job summary

Central Bucks High School West seeks an Assistant Baseball Coach for Spring 2027. You will assist the Head Coach, coordinate practice plans and game strategy, and work with secondary students to develop skills and team values.

The ideal candidate has prior playing or coaching experience and a strong commitment to values-based coaching. Applicants should apply through the CBSD Employment Portal by October 1, 2026. This position is provisional under Act 168 requirements.

DESCRIPTION: C.B. Westis accepting applications for an Assistant Baseball Coach. The Assistant Coach will work closely with the Head Coach to coordinate the program. The successful candidate will have knowledge of the sport andbe willingto work with secondary students.
Candidate must understand the unique role of the student/athlete and have a strong commitment to values-based coaching.
