Join our SafelySwim Team - Assistant Coach Wanted

SafelySwim is a swim school in Kent providing fun, engaging, and high-quality swimming lessons for babies, children, and adults. Alongside our Learn to Swim Pathway, we run a competitive programme through our link with White Cliffs Swimming Club, supporting swimmers from their first strokes in competitive training right through to County and Regional level.

This role is part of our competitive section, where we aim to build strong technical foundations and inspire swimmers to enjoy the sport and achieve their goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and deliver fun, structured sessions tailored to developing young swimmers
• Create a safe, positive, and motivating environment for all athletes
• Build swimmers’ technical skills and confidence in competition
• Assist with team management at galas, development meets, training camps, and club events
• Work collaboratively with the Head Coach and wider coaching team
• Promote and uphold the values of SafelySwim and White Cliffs SC: respect, teamwork, and enjoyment.
