Job summary

Hampton University in Hampton, VA is seeking an Assistant Coach to support the Director of Cross Country / Track & Field. The role directs a competitive Division I program in accordance with NCAA, CAA and University rules, while assisting in recruitment and athlete development.

Responsibilities include designing yearly training for jumping and multi-event athletes, coordinating with Sports Medicine and Student Services, and performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• USATF certification or certifications preferred.
• Division I coaching experience required.
