360 Behavioral Health in Lompoc, CA is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor I to grow from direct care into leadership. You will supervise, mentor, and guide clinical staff while continuing to impact clients.

Carry a small caseload, provide training, monitor progress, deliver parent training, collaborate with BCBAs, and contribute to team growth through leadership and program support.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• 1+ year of ABA experience, including direct client care.
• Interest in leadership and clinical oversight.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Supervisory experience is a plus; training provided.
