360 Behavioral Health in Lompoc, CA is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor II who is pursuing a master's in ABA or related field. You will lead a team, supervise staff, and help shape high-quality clinical programs while continuing to grow your leadership skills.

Carry a caseload, supervise Behavior Technicians, meet billable targets, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective in-home and community-based services.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s Program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year providing Behavior Analysis services.
• 1 year leading and training staff in a supervisory role.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery.
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects as needed.

Your Role in Action

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years ABA experience (desired)
• 1+ year supervisory experience, including staff training and performance evaluations
• Expertise in assessment and intervention strategies
• Report writing and documentation skills
