360 Behavioral Health is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor II for a part‑time role in Visalia, CA. This position supports clients while you pursue your Master’s, offering hands-on supervisory experience, mentorship to a team, and the chance to shape high‑quality clinical programs.

You will oversee caseloads, supervise Behavior Technicians, ensure HIPAA compliance, and contribute to program development in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ABA experience
• 1+ year supervisory experience
• Expertise in assessment and intervention strategies
• Report writing and documentation skills

Responsabilités

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements.
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain documentation.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, mandated reporting, and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects as needed.

Essential Qualifications
