Join Our Team as an Assistant Clinical Supervisor/LABA at SpringHealth Behavioral Health & Integrated Care

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Clinical Supervisor/LABA to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health & Integrated Care. This full-time or part-time position is based in our Lynnwood clinic.

Our team of behavior analysts, therapists, social workers, counselors, and psychologists is committed to delivering high-quality behavioral services to improve our clients' lives.

Responsibilities

1. Assist the Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Manager with clinical and administrative tasks.
2. Develop interventions focusing on positive practices to decrease interfering behaviors and increase functional skills, including creating materials for various behavior programs, such as in-home therapy and school settings.
3. Provide ongoing training and consultation to families on positive supports and behavioral interventions based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and specific client goals.
4. Assist in developing goals across communication, functional living skills, social skills, self-help, and recreational skills in collaboration with the clinical supervisor.
5. Support the intake process, observations, and initial behavior assessments.
6. Shadow Behavior Therapists, review progress reports and data, and provide performance feedback.
7. Conduct Inter-Observer Agreements (IOA) to ensure data accuracy and coach Behavior Therapists to minimize data discrepancies.
8. Provide therapy sessions for assigned clients.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master's program or hold a Master’s Degree in a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Behavior Therapist.
• 2-3 years of experience working with children aged 2-18 with developmental disabilities.

Additional Information

Salary Range: USD $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
