360 Behavioral Health in Madera, CA is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor II PT who will help you turn your Master’s studies into leadership impact. You’ll carry a caseload, supervise a team of Behavior Technicians, and help shape high-quality clinical programs while advancing your education.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ABA experience and working knowledge of intervention strategies.
• 1+ year supervisory experience including staff training.

• Proven ability to write reports and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements including supervision hours.
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, and update treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and consult with case providers.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians with training and feedback.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, mandated reporting, and policy adherence.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects.

Your Role in Action

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery.
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years ABA experience (desired)
• 1+ year supervisory experience, including staff training and performance evaluations
• Expertise in assessment and intervention strategies
• Report writing and documentation skills
