360 Behavioral Health is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor II in Palmdale, CA. This role supports supervisory duties, leads a multidisciplinary team, and drives high-quality clinical programs while pursuing a Master’s degree in ABA or related field.

You will supervise staff, manage caseloads, ensure compliance, and contribute to program development in a collaborative environment that values growth and leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ABA experience
• 1+ year supervisory experience including staff training and evaluations
• Expertise in assessment and intervention strategies
• Report writing and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements including supervision hours
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, document accurately
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians including training and feedback
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, mandated reporting, and policy adherence
• Participate in team meetings and professional development projects

Your Role in Action

Essential Qualifications
