Description

The Department of Medicine is seeking an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator to support Clinical Research Coordinators and/or Senior Clinical Research Coordinators in the day-to-day management of clinical trials and research studies. Responsibilities include assisting with participant recruitment and consent, maintaining regulatory documentation, supporting study start-up and supply distribution, performing data entry and query resolution, and managing patient registration and treatment assignment. The role also involves attending trainings, ensuring protocol compliance, and maintaining clear and professional communication with all stakeholders. A strong commitment to service excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information are essential.

Hourly range: $27.08-$43.55Qualifications

Required

• Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks with thoroughness and accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport, and build relationships.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• Skills sufficient to solve problems and identify solutions
• Ability to adapt to changing job demands and priorities; work flexible hours to accommodate research deadlines.
• Ability to respond to situations in an appropriate and professional manner.
• Ability to concentrate and focus in a work environment that contains distracting stimuli and competing deadlines.
