DescriptionThe Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator supports the Clinical Research Coordinator and/or Senior Clinical Research Coordinator in the day-to-day management of clinical research studies. This role involves assisting with key project tasks, helping prioritize activities to meet deadlines, and contributing to the smooth execution of clinical trials. The incumbent will aid in organizing and planning efforts to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and institutional guidelines.
Salary: $27.08 - $43.55 hourly
QualificationsRequired:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport, and build relationships.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Skills sufficient to solve problems and identify solutions
- Ability to adapt to changing job demands and priorities; work flexible hours to accommodate research deadlines.
- Ability to concentrate and focus in a work environment that contains distracting stimuli and competing deadlines.
- Typing and computer skill/ability including word-processing, use of spreadsheets, email, data entry.
- Ability to navigate numerous software programs and applications.
- Skill in coordinating information transfer among multiple constituents.
