Job summary

Atlanta Autism Center (AAC) is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director to support two locations (Loganville and Covington). This center-based role combines operational and clinical duties, providing supervision to BCBA staff, supporting clinic operations, and ensuring high-quality, assent-based care for children with autism.

You will mentor BCBAs and RBTs, coordinate case management, and maintain documentation in EMR while upholding BACB standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a BCBA.
• 5+ years’ experience with children diagnosed with autism or developmental delays.
• Master’s degree with BACB-verified coursework.
• Active BCBA certification and ongoing license.
• Ability to travel between Loganville and Covington.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to each BCBA and BCBA Intern assigned to you.
• Provide assistance and support with clinic operations.
• Provide case management support as needed.
