Atlanta Autism Center (AAC) is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director to support two locations (Loganville and Covington). This center-based role combines operational and clinical duties, providing supervision to BCBA staff, supporting clinic operations, and ensuring high-quality, assent-based care for children with autism.
You will mentor BCBAs and RBTs, coordinate case management, and maintain documentation in EMR while upholding BACB standards.
At Atlanta Autism Center (AAC), we provide 100% center-based, early diagnostic and therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorder, ages 6 and under. We are a privately-held, physician-owned company with an interdisciplinary team of highly-trained professionals. We believe that learning should be fun, which is why we take a naturalistic and play-based approach to assessment and treatment. We believe every child and every family deserves compassionate and assent-based care. AAC's mission is to ensure every child receives meaningful, high-quality care, while providing clinicians with the resources and support needed to succeed.
We are currently seeking a dedicated ACD to join our team. This center-based role offers a structured yet flexible schedule, allowing ACDs to focus on quality clinical care, mentorship, and professional growth while maintaining a work-life balance.
The Assistant Clinical Director will function in both an operational and clinical capacity. The primary responsibilities are to effectively and efficiently support the assigned center(s), provide clinical support to BTs, RBTs, BCBAs, and other clinical staff within their assigned center(s), and ensure that clients and families are receiving high-quality, effective, assent-based, and ethical clinical services. This role will support two of our locations and require regular travel between Loganville and Covington.
