Job summary

Bloomwell ABA is hiring an Assistant Clinical Director BCBA to lead clinical services across locations. You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and optimize treatment plans for children with autism, working within a supportive, growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ABA with BACB-approved coursework.
• At least 3 years of BCBA experience.
• Experience with children with autism and related disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and implement individualized treatment plans for patients on caseload (up to 200 hours).
• Supervise, provide feedback and ensure adherence to clinical quality standards for RBTs and staff.
• Monitor and analyze patient data to adjust treatment plans and progress.
• Collaborate with caregivers to increase engagement and apply ABA strategies at home.
• Work with Bloomwell teammates to foster belonging and inclusion.

• Monitor and analyze patient data to adjust treatment plans and optimize patient progress.
• Partner with caregivers to increase engagement and ensure they understand and implement ABA strategies at home.

• Master's Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB.
• At least 3 years of experience working as a BCBA.
• Experience working with children with autism and related disorders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
