Job summary

Samaritan Recovery Community in Nashville seeks an Assistant Clinical Director to lead clinical services, supervise staff, and ensure program quality. The role emphasizes evidence-based treatment, adherence to CARF standards, and collaboration with the Director to provide comprehensive care across Intensive Residential and Transitional Living programs.

The position requires a Master’s degree with licensure in social work or psychology and post-licensure supervisory experience in a substance use

Qualifications

• Hold a Master’s degree and be licensed in social work, psychology, or related field with supervisory/management experience post licensure in a substance use disorder treatment setting.
• Embrace the 12 Step model of Recovery.
• Provide supervision to Intensive Residential and Transitional Living staff and coordinate activities with treatment consultants and agency staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director in delivery of services for all agency treatment programs, including Admissions, Intensive Residential, and Transitional Living programs.
• Provide regular written and verbal reports to the Director regarding all aspects of the treatment services and related personnel.
• Coordinate direct or indirect service delivery with Medical Director and all treatment consultants.
• Ensure program and staff compliance with CARF standards and State licensure requirements; provide reports on non-compliance and plans.
