May Institute in Raynham, MA is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director (ACD) for Adult Services to provide clinical leadership and support for our Day Habilitation program and surrounding area.

You will mentor clinicians, shape innovative programs, and collaborate with national experts to strengthen clinical care for adults 22+ with autism and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field.
• Board Certification as BCBA/BCBA-D.
• At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing treatment programs.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of CASP autism guidelines and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical training, supervision, and staff evaluation to ensure top-tier ABA services.
• Track client progress and refine intervention strategies using data-driven insights.
• Stay ahead of ABA research and best practices, integrating new methods into clinical care.
