About The Position: This onsite role involves managing branch operations, supporting the Client Service Manager, and actively cross-selling bank products. The Universal Banker assists clients via phone and virtual channels, providing professional, friendly, and efficient service, including online banking and cash management services. The role also involves supporting the team with various tasks and responsibilities, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of banking procedures and regulations; at least 3 years of banking experience in operations; previous management experience.
