Qualified candidates will have seven years in government management, strong budgeting skills, and leadership experience supervising staff.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of progressively responsible administrative experience in government management.
• Includes at least three years of supervising professional-level staff.
• Strong financial background and understanding of budgets.
• Experience overseeing complex services, programs, and projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate City Council priorities into coordinated action across portfolios.
• Provide executive leadership on complex initiatives and emergencies.
• Represent the City Manager in public and intergovernmental settings.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across departments.
