This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $125,000, with paid training and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 years of experience in the engineering field.
• Experience with land development, capital projects, and stormwater management.
• Must possess a valid Virginia driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, managing, and operating the Engineering Division.
• Conduct engineering design and prepare cost estimates.
• Review and approve development projects and engineering designs.
