Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teach TEA/District/Campus approved curriculum.
• Plan a program of study that meets the individual needs of students.
• Evaluate students’ growth and prepare progress reports.

Skills

Ability to play four vocal parts on a piano

Oral and written communication skills

Organizational skills

Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions

Thorough knowledge of all band instruments

Education

Degree and/or certification to meet TEA requirements
