Job summary

Mueller Chocolate Co. in Rockledge, PA is seeking an Assistant Chocolatier to join our production team. The role is hands-on, working directly with chocolate and confectionery products in our Rockledge facility, with a focus on reliability and steady pace during the holiday season.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 10 AM–3 PM, with additional hours possible during peak periods. We offer training and a friendly, small-team setting where you’ll learn chocolate production and confectionery techniques.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery, kitchen, confectionery, or food production preferred, but training provided.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to follow recipes and established procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a small team.
• Comfortable working with chocolate and confectionery products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production of chocolates and confections.
• Measure, weigh, mix, dip, mold, and prepare products according to recipes and procedures.
• Operate manual and electric confectionery equipment.
• Assist chocolatiers with daily production.
• Package and prepare finished products.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe workspace.
• Help production move efficiently during busy periods.
• Perform other production tasks as needed.

Mueller Chocolate Co. in Rockledge, PA is looking for a dependable Assistant Chocolatier to join our production team.

This is a hands-on position working directly with chocolate and confectionery products in our Rockledge production facility. We're looking for someone who is reliable, works well with others, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working at a steady pace during our busy holiday season.

Location: 519 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, PA

Hours: Monday-Friday, approximately 10 AM-3 PM
Additional hours may be available during peak holiday periods.

What You'll Do

• Assist with the production of chocolates and confections


• Measure, weigh, mix, dip, mold, and prepare products according to recipes and procedures


• Operate manual and electric confectionery equipment


• Assist chocolatiers with daily production


• Package and prepare finished products

• Help keep production moving efficiently during busy periods
