Job Title: Chocolate Bar Packaging Associate

Reports to: Head Chocolatier

Location: In-Person - Honesdale, PA

Hours: Part-time (15–25 hours per week)

We are seeking a meticulous, steady, and detail-oriented Chocolate Packaging Associate to join our production team on a part-time basis. This role focuses heavily on hand-wrapping chocolate bars, applying packaging materials with precision, and performing critical quality control checks that ensure every bar meets our premium standard.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys rhythmic, hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and brings a calm, steady presence to the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Hand Wrapping & Packaging
• Hand-wrap chocolate bars consistently and neatly using our packaging materials
• Apply outer sleeves and labels with precision and accuracy
• Follow packaging count, weight, and sealing standards
• Quality Control
• Inspect each bar for defects such as cracking, breakage, bloom, or irregular mold patterns
• Check packaging alignment, cleanliness, and label accuracy
• Report quality issues immediately to the production manager
• Workflow & Organization
• Maintain a clean and organized packaging station
• Keep track of daily packaging counts and production logs
• Assist with boxing, sorting, and preparing finished goods for inventory
• Communicate clearly with production leads and teammates
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and steady attitude during repetitive tasks
• Support team efficiency during high-volume days
