Beginners Inn Child Care & Learning Center in Michigan is hiring Assistant Child Care Staff for Full-Time and Part-Time positions. Starting Immediately, join a team that loves working with children and making a difference in young lives.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, nurturing classroom, supporting the Lead Teacher, engaging children in activities, assisting with meals and routines, and collaborating with the teaching team. Prior experience is preferred but training is available.

Qualifications

• Michigan child care licensing requirements must be met

Responsibilities

• Help provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Support the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and routines
• Engage children in age-appropriate play and learning experiences
• Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, nap time, and classroom transitions
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Support developmentally appropriate learning experiences and curriculum
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
• Work collaboratively with our teaching team
