Job summary

Premier Private Jets is seeking an Assistant Chief Pilot to support the Chief Pilot in leadership, oversight, and regulatory compliance for the Hawker fleet under 14 CFR Part 135 and Part 91.

The role includes mentoring pilots, maintaining training integrity, and ensuring safe, efficient flight operations while coordinating scheduling, compliance records, and operational procedures across the organization.

Qualifications

• ATP Certificate required.
• First Class FAA Medical Certificate required.
• 3,500+ hours total time preferred.
• 15,000+ hours PIC preferred.
• 3+ years Part 135 corporate aviation experience.
• Type rating in Hawker 800XP aircraft preferred.
• No accidents, incidents, violations, or DUI/DWI.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Pilot in managing pilot operations and standards.
• Ensure compliance with 14 CFR Part 135 and Part 91.
• Maintain pilot currency, qualification tracking, and regulatory training.
• Oversee training programs and standardization for the Hawker fleet.
• Assist with pilot recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
• Support scheduling and operational coverage; fill in schedule as needed.
