Air Transport International (ATI) in Wilmington, Ohio seeks an Assistant Chief Pilot to oversee flight operations and flight crewmembers. You will supervise the flight department, ensure safety and compliance, and mentor aviators while shaping procedures relied on daily.

The role requires ATP-Unrestricted, an ATP certificate with appropriate ratings for large aircraft, and strong Part 121/135 leadership experience. A US Secret clearance eligibility is beneficial.

Qualificações

• Active Airline Transport Pilot certificate with Boeing 757/767 or similar ratings.
• ATP-Unrestricted
• 5 years (within last 10) as ATP of large airplane under Part 121 or Part 135, or prior Chief Pilot experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all flight department activities and crewmembers, reporting to the Chief Pilot.
• Manage crewmember personnel matters and monitor pilot proficiency.
• Support recruitment and retention of a high-performing pilot group.
• Evaluate unsafe conditions and champion safety culture and SMS.
• Help establish flight standards, policies, and SOPs with Flight Standards.
• Maintain and update flight publications and procedures across manuals and OPS specs.
• Oversee content for AFM, QRH, MEL, and OPS specs.
• Drive goals for operational performance and regulatory compliance.
