The position offers a clear growth path toward the Chief Medical Officer role, based on performance, leadership impact, and organizational growth. Strong regulatory knowledge and EMR expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited school.
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain.
• DEA license and PA State CS Registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care while maintaining an active clinical practice.
• Oversee medical providers to ensure quality, productivity, and compliance.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and evaluation of physicians and APPs.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with FQHC, HIPAA, OSHA, and other standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and program development.
• Improve access to care by optimizing provider templates and coverage planning.
• Develop strong working relationships with staff, administration, and community partners.
• Represent the organization in professional and regulatory settings.
• Contribute to development of clinical policies and workflows.
