The role combines active patient care with strategic and operational leadership, partnering with the Chief Medical Officer to ensure high-quality, compliant operations. Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain).
• DEA license and PA State CS Registration.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience; leadership experience required.
• Experience supervising physicians and APPs.
• Strong knowledge of quality metrics and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computing applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care while maintaining an active clinical practice.
• Oversee medical providers to ensure quality, productivity, and compliance.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and evaluation of physicians and APPs.
• Monitor clinical performance metrics and lead quality improvement initiatives.
