Job summary

Shangri-La Resort & Golf Club seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, life safety systems, and utilities across the property. You will supervise tasks, manage schedules, and ensure guest-ready conditions in guest rooms, public areas, and grounds.

You will guide maintenance staff, collaborate with engineering leadership, and uphold safety protocols while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a commercial environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable communication.
• Basic understanding of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems; knowledge of tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations by maintaining schedules and records to ensure smooth facility operation.
• Assist in interviewing, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Provide clear communication and support discipline as needed.
• Mentor and train new facility technicians on procedures and safety.
• Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
