Campbell Property Management is seeking an Assistant to the Chief Engineer for on-site maintenance in the Brickell area. The role focuses on safe operation of mechanical systems, preventive maintenance, and routine inspections, with an emphasis on plumbing knowledge and hands-on repairs.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, plus technical AC/high-rise training and at least five years of related experience. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Technical Training in AC and high-rise systems preferred.
• Minimum 5 years" experience in building trades, repairs and maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Inspect floors, roofs, mechanical rooms, and common areas; report deficiencies.
• Monitor equipment during shifts; log temperatures and conditions.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and work orders on schedule.
• Perform minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting not requiring a licensed contractor.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition.
• Respond to property emergencies, including on-call times.
• Foster good relationships with staff, residents, vendors and supervisors.
