Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Chief Engineer to lead the Maintenance Department in the Property Engineer’s absence. You will supervise the maintenance staff, oversee daily tasks, and ensure proper operation and repair of all equipment in line with guest satisfaction and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance operations and supervision.
• Ability to convey information clearly and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with trades such as HVAC, electrical, boilers, and chillers.
• Ability to read and interpret financial information and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and staff in absence of Property Engineer.
• Supervise hourly Engineering staff and coordinate scheduling.
• Maintain hotel equipment and energy conservation programs.
• Address guest and team concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with safety and brand standards.
