Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience in hotel or related field.
• One year of supervising staff preferred.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler operations and general maintenance skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chief Engineer in coordinating maintenance operations.
• Inspect guest rooms and maintain pool chemicals per health codes.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Maintain maintenance logs and assist with vendor relations.
