Job summary

Dimension Hospitality seeks a hands-on technical leader to support engineering operations and supervise maintenance staff. You will assist engineering team leadership, back preventive maintenance programs, and ensure building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing are well maintained.

You will respond to requests, help manage inventory and tools, and lead a maintenance team with strong safety and communication skills. Flexible shifts including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering or maintenance leadership required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate a maintenance team.
• Comfortable working hands-on while managing multiple priorities.
