Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking an Assistant Chemical Operator in Pennsylvania to receive shipments, stage materials, label containers, and support Resin Operators on a rotating 21-turn COS schedule. Safety, accuracy, and teamwork are essential as personnel handle raw materials and conduct routine repacks.

Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and following standard procedures while ensuring proper documentation and quality control on every batch.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift according to training to maintain organization and stage materials for Resin Operators.
• Maintain site cleanliness through daily housekeeping activities.
• Properly label containers and fill from all vessels.
• Transfer product from any thin tank or reactor to any bulk tank.
• Assist resin operators in charging raw materials to vessels (as part of a 2-person team).
• Complete repacks as needed for shipment.
• Follow all standard operating procedures.
