Job summary

Wynn Resorts seeks an Assistant Chef to support culinary management, control costs, and supervise kitchen staff across stations. You will assist the chef de parties, ensure food quality and safety, and train team members to uphold Wynn standards.

Requirements include 3+ years in culinary management, ability to obtain health card and Food Manager Certification, and strong English communication. Culinary degree preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of culinary management experience.
• Licensing required: Food Manager Certification and health card.
• English reading/writing fluency required; second language a plus.
• Culinary degree preferred but not required.
• Must manage kitchen operations and knife skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Wynn food quality standards and policies.
• Monitor and improve food quality consistency for customer experience.
• Ensure staff comply with safety policies and health regulations.
• Identify and report safety and operational problems promptly.
• Mentor staff through coaching and recognition programs.
