Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Cheer Coach to join our team! This individual will assist the Head Coach with practices, game-day responsibilities, recruiting, skill development, and program administration. The position will support both the Game Day team and Competition teams. The Assistant Coach will collaborate with our Head Coach to enhance the team’s skills, create exciting routines, foster a positive team environment, and champion athlete growth and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UCA-style cheerleading, routine choreography, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring young athletes.
