Smile Dental Group in Lawson, Missouri is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant who values patient care and education. The role supports a welcoming practice with a 9am-4pm schedule, no weekends, and a long weekend via alternating Mondays and Fridays.

Our well-established private practice in the heart of Lawson Missouri is seeking a Dental Assistant that shares our passion for patient care and education, as well as creating a welcoming environment.

Schedule:

We are a family focused team, and our schedule reflects that a Dental Assistant will enjoy a

NO weekends and a schedule designed for work and home life balance.

We see patients from 9am-4pm alternating Monday and Friday for a long weekend.

What you’ll do as a Dental Assistant:

• Perform all dental assisting duties in a manner that is best for the patient in accordance with all state dental board requirements

• Work with a team of individuals doing the basics of sterilization and office duties to open and close the day.
• Work chairside with our doctors as partners in patient care
• Work collaboratively with the team on scheduling, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and maintaining the condition of the practice and equipment

What you’ll bring:

• Dental assistant licensure (if applicable) compliant with the State Dental Board with no adverse actions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both the team and patients
• Proficient with Google Workspace products and working with dental software (open Dental)
