Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Manager with daily operations, compliance, staffing, and enrolments.
• Lead and coach educators to deliver high-quality, inclusive learning programs.

• Engage families through clear communication and genuine care.
• Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and effective systems.

About You

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or higher).
• Experience as Room Leader, 2IC, or Assistant Manager in early childhood education and care sector.
• In-depth knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Strong communicator, team mentor, and proactive problem-solver.
