Select Physical Therapy in San Fernando, CA is looking for a compassionate and driven therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an Assistant Center Manager. The role offers an opportunity to manage a small, busy clinic primarily focused on orthopedics, serving a large Spanish-speaking population, so Spanish speaking skills are a plus. Previous management or leadership experience is not required, but a desire to learn is!

This is a unique opportunity to be involved with a clinic as part of our joint venture partnership with Cedars-Sinai. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working collaboratively with other Select PT leaders and clinicians nearby and will be excited about building meaningful relationships within the community. The assistant center manager will oversee day-to-day operations in the clinic and provide preventative and rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote patient well-being.
