Location: 1675 East 80th Ave - Merrillville, IN 46410 | Job Type: Full-time | Work Location: In person | Salary Range: $17.00-$20.00 per hour | Competitive salary + lucrative bonus structure.

Job Summary

As an Assistant Center Manager, you will help oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location, leading a high-performing team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role focuses on team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPIs and speak to financial acumen

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
• Strong sales background preferred
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
