European Wax Center, El Cerrito, CA, is seeking an Assistant Center Manager for a full-time, in-person role. You will lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, drive sales, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining daily operations.

The ideal candidate has experience in retail or spa/hospitality leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for guest service excellence in a busy beauty center environment.

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management or spa/hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen.

Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 hourly

This role focuses on team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence within a European Wax Center location. It is suited for individuals with experience in retail sales management, spa/salon leadership, or hospitality operations who are passionate about beauty and guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
