Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a senior operations leader to oversee a plasma collection center, ensuring compliance, quality, efficiency, and profitability in the absence of the center manager.

You will manage center operations across production, quality, finance, HR, and IT; ensure adherence to SOPs and regulations; collaborate on quality compliance, develop corrective actions, and supervise OSHA compliance; oversee recruitment and training; support marketing initiatives; and facilitate audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience managing teams.
