European Wax Center in Bonney Lake, WA seeks an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, manage sales performance, and ensure regulatory and brand standards are met.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a drive to exceed goals in a fast-paced beauty environment. In-person work and competitive compensation accompany a lucrative bonus structure.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background preferred.

Job Summary

As an Assistant Center Manager, you will help oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
