European Wax Center in Bonney Lake, WA, seeks an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and drive sales and guest satisfaction. You will focus on performance, coaching, scheduling, and adherence to health and safety and brand standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to meet or exceed KPI targets while maintaining strong guest relationships. This in-person position requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background with ability to drive performance and guest satisfaction.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work in the evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards

• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care

Job Summary

As an Assistant Center Manager, you will help oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
