Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Assistant Center Director to support center leadership, enrollment goals, and accreditation efforts while partnering with families and staff to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

You will work closely with parents, teachers, and community partners, fulfilling various roles as needed to ensure smooth center operations and a positive learning environment for children.

Qualifications

• At least two years of early childhood education experience.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners
• Serve in multiple roles within the center as needed, including teacher, cook, or driver
