KinderCare Learning Companies in Texas is seeking an Assistant Center Director to help lead our center, support enrollment goals, and drive accreditation and operational success. You will work with teachers, families, and community partners to deliver high-quality early education in a supportive environment.

As part of our team, you will assume varied roles as needed and help coach staff while ensuring safety and alignment with state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of early childhood education experience.
• Strong administrative and communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English literacy to communicate with children and parents.
• Ability to accommodate reasonable accommodations if needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
• Serve in various roles throughout the center as needed, including teacher, cook, and/or driver.
