KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring an Assistant Center Director to help lead our centers with the renowned curriculum and a dedicated teaching staff.

You will educate parents and teachers on the value of early childhood education and work with center leadership to meet enrollment, accreditation, and operational goals, while ensuring a safe, engaging environment for children. You will collaborate with families, teachers, and licensing authorities to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• At least two years of early childhood education experience.
• Strong administrative, organizational, verbal, and communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English with children and parents.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives
• Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners
• Serve in various roles throughout the center as needed, including teacher, cook, and/or driver.
